REFUND, RETURN, AND NAIL SIZING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible, so we've outlined our refund, return, and nail sizing policy below.
1. Return Window (wrong or damaged orders only)
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a photo or video of the item(s) and packaging, and description of the issue. If eligible, we will offer either a replacement or refund (if you choose).
2. No Exchanges
For hygiene and safety purposes, we do not accept exchanges for any reason.
3. Refunds (non-delivered orders)
If your order never arrives, a full refund will be issued only after shipping carrier confirms it is lost. If you would like to still receive the product(s), we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Order Tracking and Delivery Issues
All orders include tracking. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier, or customs delays or fees for international orders.
5. Nail Size Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for knowing their correct nail size. Orders placed in the wrong size after the order has been packaged and shipped are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
6. Final Sale Items
Discounted or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged, incorrect upon arrival or missing.
7. Refund and Replacement Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Replacements will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
